Devard will be discussing the Darling Dash Family Fun 5K & 1K, and his late twin brother, Devaughn Darling’s legacy for the link between hydration and athletes that carry the sickle cell trait.  Devard appears on the broadcast with Ms. Wendy Hunter, his and Devaughn’s mother.

Mark Berman, Sports Director for My Fox Houston, also posted an article to the My Fox Houston website titled, No Closure for Darlings and Florida.  This article outlines the current status of the lawsuit that arose from Devaughn’s death.

The As One Foundation’s Darling Dash is scheduled for February 27, 2011, at the Sweetwater Country Club, 4400 Palm Royale Boulevard, Sugar Land, Texas.
