The As One Foundation is proud to welcome our newest intern, Britnee Z Tonille. The foundation’s board, led by Devard Darling, are excited to have Britnee’s enthusiasm for focusing on youth and the joy and purpose that physical activities can bring.
I grew up at the base of the Big Horn Mountains on a horse and cattle ranch. I have since moved 1500 miles south to Missouri City Texas to gain new experiences in a foreign environment, the big city. I have always been inspired to work with youth to promote and kindle their dreams as it gives me great joy to see a child light up during practice and performance. I had the fortune myself to play college basketball, I then earned my Bachelor Degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion while serving as the project coordinator for the Southeast Wyoming Telehealth Network and as Secretary of the Governor’s Council on Physical Activity and Sport. I earned my Masters this May in Public Administration from the University of Wyoming. The opportunity to be a part of the As One Foundation is a dream come true. Not only will I be gaining valuable experience from inspiring citizens and professionals, I will be working with a cause dear to my heart, that which supports and facilitates the dreams and aspirations of our future generations.
